Pronounceable Password Generator FAQ

Why use a pronounceable password?
Random strings of letters are hard to remember and easy to mistype. A pronounceable password alternates consonants and vowels so it reads like a nonsense word — easier for your brain to hold, while still being random enough to resist guessing.
Is it as strong as a fully random password?
Slightly less per character, because it follows a syllable pattern. The generator compensates by making it longer, and the entropy is shown live so you can judge the real strength for yourself.
